One text is better for both of us.
The other day we ordered groceries online. When our grocery store has to change one thing for another, they call. They call and we miss it so they call again in a bit…missed again. A third call finally goes answered, “Can we swap two half gallons of milk for one full gallon.” Yes, that is fine. “Okay, your order will be ready soon.” 15 minutes later another call to make sure we knew the order was ready.
We hope businesses will soon realize that not only are these types of phone calls unwanted by their customers, but they are terribly inefficient. Please #TextDontCall.
